Kirsten spent twenty years working in restaurants and bars before starting The Cocktail Edit. Katie has spent over twenty five years behind the bar. You are booking them, not an agency roster.

No. You buy the alcohol, which is what keeps your event outside liquor sales licensing. We tell you exactly what to buy and how much.
A private residence generally does not. A rented hall or an outdoor site generally does. Permits are applied for through the AGCO.
Weddings, six to twelve months. Parties and corporate evenings, four to eight weeks. Holiday season fills first.
A certified bartender, a plan for the night, and a bar that is left clean. Everything beyond that is set by the tier.
